These nachos are made with FOUR types of peppers - jalapeños, pepperoncini, roasted sweet red bell peppers, and chipotle chilis - and are hot hot HOT! You will start off by baking flour tortillas to make crisp tortilla chips, then you'll top them with a black bean-salsa mixture and local colby jack cheese. Finally, you will serve them with sour cream and green onions.

These nachos are vegetarian, but can be made with ground meat by variations, if selected. Enjoy, Dane County-ans!
