We love stir fries - they are super quick, easy, and flavorful! This pork stir fry with green beans and cashews is no different. You will start off by toasting the cashews. Then, you will slice and "velvet" the pork. "Velveting" is a process of coating the pork with oil and cornstarch before cooking, which helps the meat retain moisture as it cooks and encourages the stir fry sauce to cling. Finally, you will sauté the green beans, garlic, and ginger. This entrée is then served over white rice.
