You choose your protein for this flatbread - tofu, chicken breast, or chicken thighs. You can't go wrong with any option! First, you will marinate your chosen protein with a blend of Indian spices including garam masala as well as local Greek yogurt. Then, you will cut and roast the marinated protein. You will then sauté some aromatics and make a quick, spiced tomato sauce. Finally, you will assemble and bake your completed Tikka Masala flatbread along with freshly grated mozzarella and cilantro.
