You choose your protein for this flatbread - tofu, chicken breast, or chicken thighs. You can't go wrong with any option! First, you will marinate your chosen protein with a blend of Indian spices including garam masala as well as local Greek yogurt. Then, you will cut and roast the marinated protein.
